This project consists of a new Fire District Headquarters to replace the existing 1970 fire department building. The new (2) story 23,000 sf state-of-the-art firehouse building includes (4) double loaded apparatus bays that house up to (8) trucks, maintenance bay, dispatch, private offices, fitness, toilets, training room and commercial kitchen. Improvements to the (4) acre property also feature new utilities, parking and a new maintenance building and communications tower.
