The site manager is perhaps the most important person on a building project. He understands what needs to be accomplished and acts as a liaison between the contractors and the administration. He understands the methods and resources necessary for the successful completion of a project, and is punctual and communicative. Bob Caliendo did all of these things to perfection. Our project’s success is due in large part to his attention to detail and his keen sense of timing, as well as his ability to relate to issues especially important in a public library setting. I have a high regard for Bob’s professionalism and authority, and would gladly recommend him to any of my colleagues.
